Exclusive Gold Member Competition (the "Competition") is organized by MXCF Foundation  (the "Organizer") and is open exclusively to NEO Gold Tier members on the DataDash platform.

To enter the Competition, participants must follow the instructions provided in the Announcement Post:

‍

a. Open DataDash.

b. Tap 'Device.'

c. Select NEO and take a screenshot of the screen.

d. Share the screenshot on a social media platform, mentioning two things they love about their NEO and tagging/mentioning MXC.

‍

The Competition will run for a period of two weeks, starting from 07.07.2023 and ending on 21.07.2023. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

‍

The winners will be selected based on engagement and reach on their Competition posts. The Organizer reserves the right to determine the criteria for selecting the winners and the sole discretion to judge the entries.

‍

The prizes for the Competition are as follows:

‍

a. 1st Place: A pair of MXC MAXIS kicks.

b. 2nd and 3rd Place: Oculus VR headsets.

‍

The winners will be announced within 10 days after the end of the Competition, and they will be notified through the social media platform they used to submit their entry. The winners must respond to the notification within 2 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the specified time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

‍

The prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or other alternative prizes will be offered.

‍

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, provides false information, or engages in any fraudulent or unethical behavior.

‍

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Competition at any time, without prior notice and for any reason.

‍

Participants retain the rights to their own Competition posts but grant the Organizer the right to use and share their posts for promotional purposes related to the Competition.

‍

By participating in the Competition, participants release the Organizer from any liability or claims arising out of or in connection with the Competition or the prizes awarded.

‍

This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, the social media platform used for sharing the entries.

‍

By participating in the Competition, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

‍

By participating in The NEO Miner Competition, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined on the mxc.org website. Please refer to the MXC Foundation general terms and conditions at https://www.mxc.org/terms-and-conditions for further details.

MAXIS shoes and Oculus Head Sets are not exchangeable for cash, non-transferable, non-endorsable, non-reroutable and non-refundable under any circumstances. Any MAXIS and Oculus Headsets that are lost in transit or delivery will not be replaced. Once the MAXIS and Oculus Headsets are shipped to the user we absolve ourselves of any further liability.

Any disagreement, dispute or legal challenge against these terms and conditions will be addressed by the legal courts bound by the laws of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
